Compliance Analyst - Bangka Belitung

As a Compliance Analyst, you will be working closely with our legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure that our business practices are in line with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with industry standards, and providing recommendations for improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of local and international regulations, as well as a proven track record of ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Investigate and report on compliance issues and risks
• Provide recommendations for improvement to senior management
• Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to compliance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance across all business units
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a related role
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations, including but not limited to, Indonesian Corporate Governance Code, Financial Reporting Standards, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• Proficient in using compliance management software such as SAP GRC Access or similar tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
