📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, ovens, and cooking appliances.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install and configure new kitchen equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to address any operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen maintenance and repair.
- Proven track record of maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment brands such as Electrolux, Miele, and Siemens.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
