📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions, including processing payments, providing change, and issuing receipts.,Ensure accurate and efficient service by verifying transaction details and resolving any discrepancies.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including restocking supplies and handling cash deposits.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service.,Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly cash reports, including reconciling cash deposits and bank statements.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
