CIRCUIT Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Assistant Production Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our production processes and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production systems and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows.,Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.,Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.,Conduct quality checks on finished products.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.,Support the production team in achieving daily and weekly targets.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
