📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on civil, MEP, and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate property maintenance and improvement projects.
Use AutoCAD and Revit to create and update technical drawings and plans.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical support and training to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil, MEP, or HVAC maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
Certifications in relevant fields such as IWSHM (Indonesian Welding Society for Health and Safety Management) or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various property locations.
