PT Bukit Mega is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.

Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.

Monitor fuel levels and arrange for refueling as needed.

Schedule vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Track vehicle usage and performance.

Coordinate with drivers and other departments for efficient fleet management.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
