📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation services.,Handle any vehicle-related inquiries or issues from employees and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
