Express Spot Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and documents.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management.,Process payroll and ensure accurate payment to employees.,Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements.,Handle any other financial tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
