Bit Up Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Binjai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering financial results. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Monitor and control financial performance against budget and forecast.,Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage and oversee the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
