📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and progress.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued success of client relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.,Strong sales and negotiation skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant accounting software.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
