Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Managing the staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Controlling inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the restaurant.
• Working closely with the management team to achieve the restaurant's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.
