As a Pediatric Specialist at Filmore Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, including acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and developmental disorders.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with pediatric nurses, therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for young patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in medical education and training programs for junior doctors and healthcare staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous learning and professional development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and the overall quality of care provided to our patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Active Pediatric Specialist (Sp.A) certification from a reputable medical board.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric medicine, with a focus on acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Strong clinical skills and a proven track record of providing high-quality pediatric care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
