📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other industry partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and oversee business development projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Represent Doctor Anywhere at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or partnership management.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
