📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.,Valid food handler's license and any other relevant certifications.
