Tanggung Jawab:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the trade compliance team on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.Oversee the legal aspects of international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and supply chain agreements.Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws and regulations, and ensure that our trade operations remain compliant.Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.Represent Flex in legal matters, both internally and externally, and negotiate with third parties on behalf of the company.Train and mentor junior legal staff on legal issues related to global trade compliance.Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure that our trade operations are legal and compliant.Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities related to our international business activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in the area of international trade law.Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, including WTO, GATT, and other relevant agreements.Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.Experience with international trade software and systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
