📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up with potential and existing customers to address their inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
