📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to exceed expectations.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our in-house POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
• Assist in special events and promotions, contributing to the overall guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume hospitality environment, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks with ease.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique culture and expectations of a luxury resort.
