📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage a team of 5-7 warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Use SAP and WMS to track inventory, manage orders, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order status and delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
