📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using SAP ERP and MES to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into production processes.
• Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet operational targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on new technologies and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Report on production performance and process improvements to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production optimization and process improvement.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems is a plus.
