📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting field audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance financial processes.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to stakeholders, including management and board members.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to clients on financial best practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using financial audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
