📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with the production team to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with engineers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Proficient in using ERP and MES software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
