Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Support software development projects using tools like Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Help manage and update our company’s IT documentation and records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system improvements.
• Assist in configuring and managing cloud services on platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
