📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain stunning lash extensions using high-quality lash glue and synthetic or natural lashes.
• Perform precise brow shaping and tinting using professional brow tools and products.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized beauty services.
• Keep workstations clean and organized, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in lash and brow artistry.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up on aftercare instructions.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lash Technician and Brow Artist.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality lash extensions and precise brow shaping.
• Familiarity with a wide range of lash and brow products and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet client deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
