📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using production management software.
• Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
